A.  Snatch
147.  Attempted 150 failed but first time attempting that weight.  Had onky 2 miss up to 147 and just cause lost balance.

B.  Power Clean x2 tng keep feet position start at 70% climb 
Worked up to 154.  Very last PC feet were pretty wide.

C.  650m row x4 rest 3:30
