A. Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch ; build to max for the day

121 Failed hang.  Arms were very tired today think was more this than anything.

B. Power Snatch; emom x 7 x 2 reps at

C. 6 Pullups + 5 C2B + 4 Bar Muscle Ups; cycle these for 4-5 sets ; rest few minutes in between 
Worked up to 4/4/4.  Couldn't get the bar MU without pausong before going Into it but was fun trying.

D. Clean Pull 3×3 @ approx 90% of your 1RM Clean

first ten minutes

second ten minutes, no hands, one constant recovery type pace
