HSPU weighted - 5x5 w/15# vest
200m run w/10# vest x5

Partner WOD w/Kelli w/ 10# weighted vest - 5 rounds 
1 rope climb
10 Burpees

Hang snatch - sucked failed 115x3 had nothing.

Practiced transitions on thruster WOD
